The Green Group lives by the values of Yindyamarra—showing respect, being kind, and working together at a steady, thoughtful pace. As the oldest student group at Royal Far West School, we enjoy tackling exciting maths challenges and word games, testing our skills with games like Finska, and diving into cool STEM activities like animation and robotics.
We also love playing group games like Uno and Spot It, working together on big puzzles, and doing problem-solving and art projects that help us connect and find meaning. When the weather’s warm and the wind’s just right, we sometimes head outside to go sailing or take walks to the Cabbage Tree Marine Reserve to appreciate the natural beauty of Manly and its unique marine life.
Within the group, students meet new friends from different communities all over NSW, sharing their stories and learning from one another. No two days are the same, but every day is packed with curiosity, energy, fun, and achievement!
