The Echidna group offers a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment where every student is encouraged to meet new friends and feel comfortable to ‘give it a go.’
Our classroom often accommodates students from a range of year levels, and we take a hands-on approach to learning. While we cover the same subjects you’re familiar with from your home school, our approach may look a little different. You’ll engage in interactive maths games such as bingo and sequence, participate in computer-based activities using Mathletics, explore literacy tasks and dive into robotics. Additionally, you can expand your knowledge of animals through Kahoot quizzes. There will also be opportunities for choice-based activities such as Lego or role-playing shops and of course, sport is always a favourite part of our day.
We’re also fortunate to have Victoria with us, who excels in art and will help guide you in creative activities.
