Every Monday afternoon Aunty Caroline conducts a guided relaxation and mindfulness exercise, including an art activity.  During the session, parents are able to share their stories and experiences in a supportive and non-judgmental environment, and Aunty Caroline shares her wisdom and insights on nurturing wellbing from her experiences and cultural knowledge.  

On this occasion we were delighted that the Mayor of Northern Beaches Council and the CEO of Royal Far West were able to join us.
