A Book Bug success story

Our popular Book Bug program continues to inspire young readers to love books and recently the mother of one of our students reported: 

"Before the program I couldn't get my son to sit down to listen to me read a book. When we changed to books with rhyme and song he began to settle beside me and now will pick up his favourite books and look at them by himself ... The activities suggested each week were great and I think has helped him to engage more with books. He has now started to ask for books during the daytime and not just at night time."
